Bergepanzer IV. This model is based on Italeri Panzer IV. Tracks come from Dragon and Bergepanzer conversion parts are from Verlinden Productions. Extra supplies have been added on the engine deck. Hetzer. This is made from Dragon kit with etched details added. Hummel. Dragon kit built almost straight from the box. I won a junior prize with this one at Model Expo 1997. Italeri Jagdpanther with zimmerit made with Milliput putty and extra detailing. This model has also won a juniorprize or two at some show. Tamiya Kettenkrad built straight from the box. 1/15 scale Kübelwagen made from Verlinden resin kit. I'm still surprised I managed to built this at the age of 14 as I've heard some experienced modelers have been pulling their hair out with this kit. It's one of my favourite military models. It won one first prize, one third prize and two junior prizes at two shows in 1994 and 1995. Carro Armato M13/40. A Zvedzda rerun of an old Italeri kit with Friulmodellismo white metal tracks, some etched details and Milliput sandbags. An Italeri Panther Ausf A with camouflage netting, etched details, Dragon tracks and plastic zimmerit (which doesn't look too convincing.. I should have used Milliput for zimmerit.) Sturmtiger made by using Verlinden Productions conversion kit on a Tamiya late model Tiger I. Tamiya Tiger I mid production with Milliput zimmerit and On the Mark etched details. Quite nice I think, although some of the details are bit oversized. Tamiya Wespe. This is the last military model I finished. It sat in a project stage for quite some time but finally I decided to finish it somewhere around year 2000. I believe I haven't been doing any military subjects since 1997 or 1998 except this one. 1/48 scale Hasegawa Messerschmitt 109E3 built straight from the box. 30.6.2003 |
